Top mounted enclosure progress.
Not sure on 3 or 4 segments.
Leaning towards 3. Battery in two and ESCs in the other.
Should fit 30no. P42a in each segment (on end)
Can always make bigger enclosure layer if range proves an issue.

Definitely 3 blocks. 4 looks too wider. Gonna hit your knuckles sooner or later.

Buck done, mould next.
Looking super chunky, but think it may actually fit 6s6p p42 in each segment which would be good 
trying for recessed bolt heads

Bit difficult to demould but it’s ok ish
Hairspray mould release has an interesting effect on the texture but it’s easier than pva in the spray gun.
