Puck, Puck, Bruce!

Yeah I’ve been keeping an eye on that. I caught that problem from previous people earlier in the thread and made sure to not let that happen to me

Think I figured out the issue.
All the other supports are touching expect this one, and if you push them together it holds the button down.

Do you have flush cutters or anything to shave it down with?

Oh wait that’s the opposite.

Build it up with baby washers?

Think I have some actually. I’ll try that out in a bit.

Are the holes that help keep the internals in place clear of strings? Could explain the gap

@SeanHacker how do you the Hoyt nibble trigger vs. the smaller printed nibble trigger?

It’s actually so much better. Feels way more controllable. I don’t lose tracking of the throttle at all. I love it dude.

Good to hear! Was a bit worried it’s not so nice to control with that extra height on top.
@Andrew hope you will get some of those extra I can order with my puck Bruce one day

Tried. Leaves gap in case.

I tried cleaning some spots up but it didn’t seem to make a difference.

For now my remote is back in the normal shell.

I’m gonna try printing another on more detailed settings.

Worst comes to worse I’ll have to give Andrew money for a quality print off DRI.

F*** you dude lol

Impressions on Rev. 7 vs. Rev. 3 (IIRC):

This hold is now clearly the way to go.

This is no longer working for me.

Visual difference:

Thanks to DRI and everyone who contributed to creating this most recent design. Loving it already.

I can confidently say that after a good amount of miles riding with the PPB, it’s a winner for me. Excited to bring this revamped design over to the new FreeSK8 remotes.

I thought I was going to need a sleeve for it as I’m a gigantic handed yeti, but so far it feels great. My favorite thing about this design is that you can sort of forget that its even there.

If only there was a left hand version… :innocent:

I much prefer the 2 finger grip. Need to swap my cases over to try in real life…

TLDR, do i need any hardware or do the screws from the original case work?

I used the included Puck screws initially, but they did not sit flush and I believe a little long. Held it together though until the new screws arrived, M2.5 X 20MM button head is what Im using now.
