Mine comes out like that too until I use a file for so post processing. All is good with a little adjustment

Welcome to the forum!
The buttons are intentionally recessed into the face of the remote shell to protect them from accidental presses. If it’s still not fitting well this is likely a printer quality/variance issue with supported ceilings. I can validate that the 3D model itself is true as the MJF prints fit perfectly.
In regards to the thumbwheel model: could be ceiling droop. Did you use supports there as well?
Top one is from here from someone.
Bottom one is from thingiverse hoyt big Dia wheel.
But I like the tiny nub on wheel like this. Can someone download the stl from thingiverse & make same Depth but with this tiny nubbed.
I’ve been drinking but remind me tomorrow and I’d be happy to my dude.
And since you’re going to work on it. Could you also make og wheel without nub & same dept in hole. Thank you
Most likely no problem… Can you clarify with a drawing what you mean by same depth?
The center hole where we screw that small black piece.
I’ve never owned a puck or hoyt remote so I’m guessing you mean this spot?
Or do you mean the bone shaped cutout?
This one. I think never mind I don’t need anymore, if you want to make one for others in future then go ahead, I just put back stock nubbed wheel. Bc I fixed the deadband issue on hoyt puck before that I thought it was nubbed wheel I was having hard time adjusting the acceleration. So now stock hoyt nubbed wheel is perfect after adjusting deadband & ramping time. Thanks for your precious time.
Heathen…

It’s just how I’m made Sean.
Just wanted to say thanks for all this design and test work you guys put in for this shell.
I got a PPB stealth with a custom board i picked up off a local guy, and its absolutely the most comfortable shell ive used. Ive jad a mate print up a few different hoyt designs but the PPB just trumps them all.
Im just getting into printing for myself so am looking forward to putting these down on a print bed.
Thanks again for all the work put in. Its appreciated
