This is proving to be a bit of headache to design. Front wheel drive module, single motor, two wheel drive, dual stage reduction, engage able from the remote
If you are going jumping with it, velcro may not be enough.
I think it’s around 19kg. I’ll weigh it in a bit.
Edit, closer to 22kg
This stuff is pretty remarkable but I’ve gotta test the box’s strength right?
It works using one way bearings not shifters correct? So what you mean by this is you can turn on and off the front motor.
Interesting!
what tires are those?
Some 9" I bought at electricscooterparts.com
Usa based and quick shipping.
The needed a little trimming on the inside to mount on the outer lip of the fivestars but otherwise no problems. Pretty decent
what is this? a trailor mount?
Exactly, will order a few soon, my worry is that they have too much drag and will spin the motor either way
Front wheel drive module
Thanks.
9"… too big for my britches.
I wouldnt write them off. I commute 11 miles a day round trip and i am positive anything smaller would be quite a bit less comfortable. I am a big fan of big tires
Voltage? Duty cycle at Max A?
I just threw 9" t2s on mine beefy bois.
They’re bigger than 9" slicks… They measure at 9.6"
This thing looks like a tank. I’ll see how they ride for sure but might go back to 8" for ride height purpose.
I think I could fully run someone over.
Damn those ESCs are running cool for what you’re putting them through. How long was the ride?
Haha long awaited deck swap for the kid that snapped the comp 95
I’d like to have one as analog board.
Maybe next summer if they are back in stock at the time I’m in Germany.
@glyphiks in total it was 21 miles or so. Missed a part of the journey. Kinda need an always on logging device really. 4x escapes.
Yes… some sort of always on logging device would be ideal
If only we knew somebody with the skills to make that happen
Penis shaped remotes would be great too.
Whaaaat t shirt? I want one
