after speaking with the manufacturer, and finding out this motor can do 8-10kW @100V, just a matter of cooling, got the cooling bits ordered

how did you even get that motor? I was doing some research on their website, which was weird to navigate to say the least, and it didn’t look like they sold it anymore?

lol totally by accident, came across on it ebay as it was finishing, set myself a limit of $500, got it for less 
it was for the front wheel and rear wheel with motor, the hub motor alone, not in a wheel, costs more than that . From what I can tell they are made to order, some speciality ebike makers stock them.

Just had a thought that i wanted to ask you.
Does this only have the gears on the back and a single on the crank? I was wondering how shifting would work on this…

well shifting works the same as any other bike, though I’ve since removed the derailleur and shifter and going single speed, not really needed on this

Well in his part list he had a derailleur listed so I was wondering if he actually did gears.
From what I can tell after looking at these, you don’t really need gears
