I’m wondering what the average age of an esk8 rider is? I’m in my mid 30s , and looking at most videos and due to the expense involved that it’s probably quite high.

For prebuilt Chinese board riders, I think it skews younger. My impression is that the DIY average is your age range if not a bit higher.

My 9yo is working on 1000 miles before Dec 31. She’ll get it no problem. She’s also got a speed goal that I won’t mention in public.
If you don’t buy your own board, it doesn’t count in my book.
