My interactions with him outside the forums seamed genuine he was very upfront about everything. The community in China of manufactures seam well connected. He knew my battery guy. He did end up shipping product and even doing some warranty replacements thatâs more than Jed ever did. In my mind he had good intentions but his dedication was lacking more testing of ride neo ESC and hubs would have helped. While nothing came about from our interactions due to his radio silence I wish him well who ever he was.

My rideNEO hubs seem to go reasonably well, and arrived with spare sleeves etc, but then he ghosted me over a set of blank front wheels⌠pretty weird

that aside, my neohub is taking me from and to work daily and its being doing great. mind u, i have shit road here, so those hubs are basically taking a beating daily
