I would love to have that base bash guard in the form of a picatinny rail for accessories like flashlights, bear spare (for dogs), and tazors (for neighbors or EUC riders).

Yeah I’m still thinking on this one. Needs to be a bit bigger if it’s going to have that bash guard, and at that point its starting to feel & look like a weapon from Halo.

Part of me wants to roll back to the original concept design I had for OSRR:

Yeah the original design looks way better.
Might need a bit more bend in the trigger section, but in general I like it more.

can’t wait for the release! based on the images, the thumbwheel is independent of the pcb and can be moved around? and will the internals be available by themselves? thinking of ideas

Got a production complete notification on the first pcb batch for remotes. Will likely need 2 weeks or so to work on firmware/internal testing once we have the hardware prototypes built up, which should be in hand over the next week or so.

does this mean
(1) week to receive shipment + (2) weeks for inhouse testing/triage issues = (3) weeks for hardware protos?
