I did a full overall, but apparently it was too thin and not able to effectively stop Cf dust and splinters. Need to look for some better gear.
Have a mate with a water jet tho, probably easiest to get him to cut out for me if i make any more.
Accurate, fast and most importantly not itchy.

Cheers, good advice.
Unclamped and the base layer wasn’t ready enough to hold the shape well.
Gluing a layer to sides and will see where that ends up.

Damn thats a sweet clamp up shot. I like to use a foaming polyurethane glue for those types of glue ups. The glue foams into the relief cuts and tends to hold it’s shape nicely, especially if you have a top and bottom layer as well
