Slow but steady progress.
32tpi hacksaw blades pretty good. Slow going, at about 12mm thick
More cutting to go and then sanding to form curves and square up some of the edge cuts.
Feeling solid.

Rough cut, and it rolls!
Mocked up w. Hammocks and BN220, big split angle on 110s. Uneven height needs 10mm riser in back.
Wheelbite a bit on hard lean.
Maybe needs 10mm or so off the corners.
Not sure on setup I’m gonna use on this yet so may hold off on that for a bit.
Warped and defected in the oven a little bit I think, holes and crappy top surface from 2nd infusion needs repair and needs a lot of finishing.
Super happy tho (it actually worked )
