Well, it’s cut to shape a bit and I’ve sanded out some small wheel wells. Itchy as fuck now. The body condom was partly ineffective and my arms are ITCHY
The finish is certainly RAW 
Probably need a bit of a plan for the cut edges (maybe some resin to seal and smooth the roughness of core a bit) and maybe skin and frit the top to hide some of the finish defects 
It looks reptilian!
The flow is real with this one. The enclosure process should be a proper undertaking.

Yup, I do but I’m hesitant to cut and sand more if I don’t have to.
The itchy dust is insidious.
Hook your shop vac up to your sander or router. Cold showers. Or cover yourself with vaseline prior to sanding lol shit will wipe right off

I did a full overall, but apparently it was too thin and not able to effectively stop Cf dust and splinters. Need to look for some better gear.
Have a mate with a water jet tho, probably easiest to get him to cut out for me if i make any more.
Accurate, fast and most importantly not itchy.
I need better friends.
