Yeah they’re solid resin now.
$1 irrigation fttings from Bunnings.
Don’t use cheap clear pvc irrigation tube, because it collapses under vacuum a bit. Not ideal.
Also flow mesh makes peel Ply about 300% harder to remove

Dunno man. It’s a bit bendy but that’s the idea. The other bits are pretty rigid. The narrow segments and lots of corners make it pretty stiff. It was bloody hard to remove the peel ply and mesh (gloves and pliers and swearing) and it stood up to that would maybe add one more layer to make it bulketproof? I dunno. The other enclosures i have made are super thin (like covers) so I’m probably not the best judge

Didn’t wet out perfectly in all areas. A few very small dryish areas but the vacuum was a bit shit because of the collapsing overflow lines so the pressure dropped in the bag a bit.

I think you did pretty damn well dude, and from my experience I would think that it’s on the thinner side but as you say, probably strong enough with all the corners and only small flat surfaces.

Sanded to shape, and I’m pretty happy.
Think I’ll prime, sand and bedliner for a better finish. Learnt a lot from this one. 
Batteries and nickel en route…third battery build upcoming.
