MR69 All-In-One Motor Connector

Lemme just pull you back into my thread real quick lol.

Is an AS150 Loop Key something yall would be interested in if I designed it?

It would be bulky as hell outside the enclosure, but would take up less space in the enclosure than the slide bolt style that deckoz designed, as well as being easier to waterproof.

Alrighty, i’ll order a bunch and mock something up when they get here. You can put that handy dandy new 3D printer to use!

Want me to try and print it?

I currently have a resin printer loaded with primer grey resin and ready to print something! I can knock it out and send it to ya if you want.

Not quite yet. I still dont even have all the bullet connectors in hand to get accurate measurements from

Honestly I’m not sure why I keep making more models of these when I dont even have final dimensions :joy:

Ive also considered this. Not sure how that would work out as far as cost. Also, not everyone needs the same length of wire, and splicing the included wires together with solder adds bulk inside the enclosure. We’ll see how this goes.

I just realized that if you were to panel mount this into your enclosure, then solder your motor phase wires to it, you would never be able to get it out of your enclosure again (without cutting the wires).

That would mean that for those of us who mount our electronics to the deck, you wouldnt be able to remove your enclosure without cutting these wires. That’s gonna be a no from me dog.

Next REV will take that into account.

You can have matching half modules that fit on both sides of the enclosure and become a pass through, or you have both sides insert into a shell that stays (I will be doing this on my board for MR60 already)

Why not do two types?
